We went here after a long night of searching for affordable food since most places around here close at the crack of dawn. We got seated right away and immediately were taken care of with drinks. Not too long after we ordered our food, they already came out with bread and butter, which was excellent I must say. Our food came out quickly too, we maybe waited for ten minutes. We got a cheese pizza they had on their menu, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Their service, both waiters, were beyond excellent and made sure we were taken care of even though the whole bar was full. We left Brava beyond satisfied, especially since at that point before we had just been looking for some food, not necessarily good food. Brava exceeded our expectations, especially for a Saturday night, and we got not only food but GREAT food. We will definitely be back again when we’re back in the area and could not recommend this place any more.
Friendly, helpful staff, great food, welcoming atmosphere. Open 7 days a week which is rare in the Berkshires. Really nice to go on a weekday night.
Great beer and wine selection also the bruschetta is great!
Great atmospheric place. Good choice of beer
Amazing selection of beers and wines most of which I have never seen before. Intimate bar with some tables. Wonderful food--mushroom bruschetta was amazing, little pizzas excellent. Nice place with lots of local patrons.
Delightful intimate cafe, and everything was great. Both the food, and the wine, beer & spirits selections, plus the staff were warm, knowledgeable and attentive. You can't ask for better.
Incredible wine list and impressive selection of bottled craft beers. Tapas are also delicious. But, above all, it is the intimate environment that makes this place one of my go-to places for a drink with friends or colleagues, pre-concert or post-concert. Whether an intimate one-on-one or a small group, the vibe is perfect. The bartenders are awesome and I can't say enough about the consistently amazing experiences I've had at Brava. It is hands down my favorite spot in all of the Berkshires.
Good selection of beers and wine. Tapas were very good. Friendly staff. Seating is limited but we went on a december Sunday and tables were availbale. For desert we had bread pudding, good stuff
Justin brought us a fabulous selection of cheese and tapas. We shared 8 different small plates, perfectly ordered and paired, and everything we had tasted fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and prepared, with a great presentation. We topped off the night with the homemade bread pudding, also delicious. We were not overly full, and yet completely sated. Thanks, Brava!
Great beer list, accommodating and friendly staff and all the tapas we tried we excellent. Downside is the place is a bit small and you might have to wait on a busy evening. Serves food til midnight, too!
Had a late dinner after a Tanglewoods concert and Brava was one of the few places open. They were friendly and helpful despite being busy. The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful. Definitely will go back!
What a great dinner. Always wonderful with a great wine list.
Ordered a Beet Salad with Goat Cheese to go. When I got home, I realized they'd just dumped a can of beets in a box, and dropped goat cheese and walnuts on it. Not edible.I realize it's in the country, but offering something on your menu, comes with responsibility. Seriously, you guys need to have your entire staff eat that beet salad for lunch tomorrow, and then remove it from your menu. The atmosphere isn't bad, and staff was friendly. You guys just have work to do in the kitchen. Best of luck, truly. I won't be back until I hear things have improved
Friendly service. Busy on Friday night. Food was good enough.
Mixed feelings about this place. Cool spot but cramped - forget about it if something is going on in Lenox that night. Great beer and wine list. Wines by the glass consistently good. Menu is good (it's small plates) but never changes. They should consider doing a seasonal menu to add variety. Also the quality can be inconsistent. Have had the same things multiple times, sometimes good, sometimes not. Staff is usually nice.
Extensive wine and beer list, but skip the food - it's ridiculously expensive for the portion size and while it tastes good and was well prepared, I wouldn't ever spend seventeen dollars on three scallops and a few leaves of arugula again.
Really good!
I love Brava pizza and atmosphere.. I can’t wait to dine in again!
No way of placing a to go order. Their phone just rings through to voicemail. Not sure who thought it a good idea to have a 20 second prerecorded message as an answer to any questions a potential customer has (like regarding allergens).
I try wines I am not familiar with. Enjoy sharing small dishes with friends.
We had an outstanding experience at Brava. We were warmly greeted (as if we were locals) when we arrived, even though the restaurant was jam packed (on a rainy, winter evening). We were offered a glass of wine (I chose a delicious garnacha, my husband an equally good nebbiolo) during our short wait and then offered the option of the bar or table when they opened up simultaneously. The food was also excellent. We had white anchovies in olive oil that were top notch, shishito peppers sauteed with sea salt in a very light sauce, kale salad (out of this world roasted tomatos in late December and perfectly dressed), lamb chops (two small chops perfectly cooked) and the fennel salami pizza, which was very tasty with a lot of salami (my husband with thrilled, but I removed most of my salami and gave to him). We also ate at this restaurant once a few years ago on our way home from MassMocha and had an equally good experience. Highly recommend!
Awesome bar, great late night food, beer, and wine selection. Best selection of Sour Beers I've ever seen. Service is great, friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel at ease.
I like this place but there is no wifi.
Love this place. Every time. None of the small plates disappoint. Solid craft beer and wine list. Only shortcoming is dessert, for lack of intriguing options.
Gave them a pass the first night... but after the second time... the service stinks. Food was good, but overpriced. Beer and wine list are amazing though.
Always wonderful. Excellent food and warm and personable service. Best restaurant in Lenox.
Friendly, well run spot. The food is great, and the wine and beer selection well chosen. Sat at the bar, and had a great meal, swiftly delivered.
My wife and stumbled across this place last Friday. They just reopened with outdoor dining. The food, service, and beer were GREAT. The lamb chops and calamari were outstanding. The beer list is out of this world.
Exceptional. As good Tapas as anywhere in Spain. We hoovered our way through anchovy,a beet walnut salad, calamari, jumbo shrimps, bruschetta and meatballs. Wow they were delicious. Washed down with ( ok it’s Italian) a very nice Chianti Classico($42).We only had to wait 2 minutes for seats at the bar - always the most atmospheric. A few minutes later there were 10 people waiting. Excellent service.$120 before tips for 2.
How about BravNo. I never met such disrespect with the waiter, the older blond female with glasses in her mid-50s. We were celebrating a birthday at midnight and she rudely advised that there were complaints. Figured we'd be okay talking in a bar, but I guess not. Sorry were not all white. Welcome to 2018. Please vote on Tuesday.
Brava? How bout bravnah. My friends and I felt very disrespected by the older woman with glasses. We were a group of 10 who came in for a drink (mind you we were 3/4 of the patrons in the bar at 11:30 pm) and were told we were “interrupting people’s dinner” (at 11:30? ). Sorry we were enjoying a drink at a table. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.
Fantastic menu - very creative and delicious - very attentive and friendly staff - one of our favorites so special
Very small, intimate dining experience. The food was fabulous. Especially the bruschetta and the lamb chops. Staff was well versed on food allergies.
Quaint little place with with well crafted food. Very large craft beer selection.
Excellent spot! The beer and wine lists were awesome, the service was friendly, and all of the food was delicious! Definitely worth a visit (or several)!
Spicy fried chickpeas are a unique and flavorful treat. Served in a small jar with a tiny spoon, it was fun to eat and more filling than expected. The seared scallops were crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Bartenders/servers were attentive. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back.
Food was fantastic..pizza with pesto sauce was amazing. Staff very nice too.
Good place for tapas and pizza. Also the beer list was very extensive.
We were staying a town over and wanted something to eat around 10:30pm most local places were closed and the front desk recommended Brava and honestly, I can’t thank them enough for that recommendation. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Although, I didn’t get to try everything on the menu I would’ve liked to I will say that the pizza was excellent! Next time we are in town we will be back!
Trendy. Crowded. Historic ambience. We don't drink alcohol whatsoever and chose this location due to it having the shortest wait time. We were probably the only folks there who didn't have booze. Food was tasty. Pricey but in line for the area. Good coffee. Clean bathrooms. Not our style but served the purpose.
A fave of company members at Shakespeare & Co, the restaurant offers good late night eats with a laid back atmosphere, great for holding conversations. Decent wine selection and beer list. Some meals can be a bit pricey, though for porportions provided.
Wonderful bar and restaurant that is open late after Tanglewood performances, when other places have closed. We had excellent tapas and drinks. The place was jammed and had a very convivial atmosphere. Everyone seemed to know the waiters and they made sure we had good service.
Warm and welcoming, great food, unique sangria. After an unfortunate experience at a restaurant across the street, we happened upon Brava and were delighted. Highly recommend.
Quaint place with unique beers on tap and interesting bites. All seats were full at 6:00-6:30 Sunday night. Glad we got there when they opened at 5:00.
Like 180 beers. Picture twilight zone where a cart is being pushed into that endless warehouse. That's the selection. Meat and cheese board top notch
Tiny bar/restaurant. Chill n attentive servers. Didn’t eat but food LOOKS tasty.
Small but great atmosphere, great food and great wine and beer selection.
Enjoyed sitting at the talking and laughing with staff and other patrons. Had Hot Tapas and Pizza, everything was delicious. Space is limited but definitely will be returning.
Great little place. Good Spanish/Italian inspired food and great selection of wines, also by the glass. We had crispy squid which was lightly battered and not greasy at all, lovely scallops with balsamic reduction (great combination), very tasty "lolly pop" lamb chops and a good homemade pizza for the kids. Very friendly staff. Would go there again when in the area.
Brava has quickly established itself as the "must go" eat and drink destination in Lenox. Both visitors and locals seeking an upscale yet cozy location to enjoy vibrant conversation, a wide range of succulent tapas, and a fantastic beer, wine and beverage selection (that always includes a regularly rotated number of exceptional and unique craft brews) regularly descend upon Brava on any given night and, with their kitchen open late, at all hours of the evening.Very much worth stopping in - again and again!
